Hound Rescue Fundraiser

“Join us for an afternoon of creativity and craft beer—all in support of rescuing and rehoming hounds in need! Enjoy delicious meals from a food truck and the chance to paint your pet and take home a personalized masterpiece. Your participation will directly impact our mission, helping to save more lives and find forever homes for these loving hounds.

You'll be greeted by the sounds of The Mighty Pelicans, who will keep the energy high with their hauntingly good tunes so you can dance the night away. You can showcase your creativity in our exciting costume contest, and win fabulous prizes. Though costumes are not required.
Don't miss the chance to enter our raffle, where you could win an array of fantastic prizes.
Throughout the evening, indulge in our selection of spooky snacks, and sweets from Magic & Meringue, that will delight your taste buds.
Make memories in front of our haunting backdrop taking pictures with props like witch hats, vampire fangs, and ghostly masks, capturing the spirit of the night.
Guests can gather to enjoy their drinks under the stars and moonlight on the brewery patio. , adding to the festive Halloween atmosphere.
Together, we can make a difference, Since 1997, Lifelong Friends has been providing a safe haven for abandoned and abused animals from our community. Over 2,000 animals have passed through our doors. Since being founded as a no-kill pet rescue center, we have mainly been operated by volunteers, and rely on donations to keep our doors open.

Guest Speaker: Shannon Hamilton
We’re thrilled to have Shannon Hamilton, the Executive Director of the Central Texas Water Coalition, as our guest speaker. Shannon brings a wealth of knowledge and passion to the table. She joined CTWC in November 2022, coming from a background in sales and marketing in the software industry. Shannon is dedicated to protecting our most valuable resource—our water. She works closely with State and Local officials, the LCRA, businesses, and residents to advocate for sustainable water practices and educate on water supply issues.
